Navkiran Singh & Associates is a Chandigarh-based litigation law firm known for human rights advocacy, criminal law, NRI legal services, matrimonial disputes, and property representation. The firm positions itself around the principles of truth and justice, and carries forward a family-led legal practice with deep roots in the profession.
The firm is headed by Advocate Navkiran Singh, who was called to the Bar in November 1986 after completing his Bachelor of Law from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, the Punjab & Haryana High Court, State and National Human Rights Commissions, and other legal forums — building a practice on nearly four decades of courtroom experience.

Law graduate from Panjab University, Chandigarh; LL.M. from the University of Toronto; admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2014. Works across Indian and Canadian legal practice, including immigration and selected India-related matters. Also runs Fateh Law Corporation.
