FOUR DECADES AT THE BAR

Advocate Navkiran Singh was called to the Bar in November 1986 after completing his Bachelor of Law from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He is the founder and managing partner of Navkiran Singh & Associates and has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, the Punjab & Haryana High Court, State and National Human Rights Commissions, and other legal forums.

A major strength of his practice is a long-standing focus on human rights and criminal litigation. His work includes criminal law, constitutional law, family law, public interest litigation, custodial death and custodial violence matters, habeas corpus petitions, illegal detention issues, compensation for victims of state repression, and cases under special laws such as UAPA, NSA, TADA, NDPS, POCSO, and the Prevention of Corruption Act.

He has nearly four decades of legal experience and is recognized for his human rights and criminal law-focused advocacy before the Supreme Court of India, the Punjab & Haryana High Court, and Human Rights Commissions.
